Ok I got a Neobitz, getting some interference, wavy verticle lines that slowly go right to left. It's easier to see when I pan the video to the left. Very thin but noticeable.

hmm I haven't checked but have you ever associated this issue with that? I assume your talking about the back of the Neo motherboard?
I was thinking it was a grounding issue somehow or interference from the power source?
I have the Neobitz board installed above the memory card port right now - FYI.

Get a ferrite choke/bead and loop the five video wires one time around the choke and then then into the neo bitz.
This should eliminate the RF interference which is what I beleve your issue might be.
If you are uncertain what I mean have a look at an arcade manual (see page 11 in Gauntlet Dark Legacy):
