For the power supply, this is the one I use now since the Jameco one was discontinued.

Thanks for the info on the power supply you use Xian Xi. Will this power supply work with a 2-slot?

Yes it will. Any 1 or 2 slot board will work just fine. You might also be able to use it for a MV4FT or MV4FT2 since those also use low power but not sure about max draw on those boards.

The original MV-4 typically needs 5v 4a for typical usage. 4.5a should be enough if all slots have a high meg game installed.
