CPS1 Jumbled Graphics

So I was trying to make a GnG conversion and I installed all of the roms and I get this:

I can't get it to make any sound or get it to play but it looks like its running inside the jumbled mess.

Any ideas?

I guess the easiest place to start is: does the A board work with another game?

You burn the proper GAL?

Something is wrong with the main and/or Z80 program roms. You should have sound with just those three chips installed.

Ensure you're using the correct eprom types, 27C400 or compatible for sockets 1-8 and 27C4096 or compatible for 22 and 23.
