I have a jamma supergun with vga converter inside, I want to add rgb out to my xrgb. I don't think it's a good idea to wire them directly from jamma to scart, switch can be added to select where rgb will go, then what type is switch needed? I'm out of ideas, how are they doing rgb passthrough like on those jrok encoders?

Use a simple amp like the THS7314.

JAMMA>THS7314>Split.

You can use any JROK as well for RGB Passthrough. The 4.1 is easier since it already has the headers. The 3.1 will require you to solder some 75ohm resistors to the RGB out pins on the encoder itself then 470uf caps.

Thanks man, I didn't know you can do something like this, I will read datasheet, seems like a simple circuit.

One more question, what happens to sync in this situation? if I clean it up using lm1881, will the output be buffered enough to split?
