Is it Samurai Shodown or Samurai Showdown?

Hi. Which is it guys? Alot of people either use one of the above titles to refer the Us vesion of Samurai Sprits. I knew the correct title-but I really can't remember for sure from being exposed to too many of either terms

Maybe Samurai Shodown was a spelling error by SNK?

It is Samurai Shodown.

As far as that being a spelling error from SNK, who knows. Maybe they wanted it that way. Kinda like Turbo Grafx.

Every english SNK samurai game it's spelled Samurai Shodown, You can spell it either way, But Shodown is the correct way.

Just like some people write Turbo Grafix but turbo grafx is the right way.

The Samurai series is not only fun to play, but also entertains us with it's horrific spelling errors. My personal favorite is the word "Victoly" that appears at the end of each match in SS4. "Victoly", how could you let that slide? Don't you speak Engrish?

WASNT IT INTENTIONALLY MISPELLED FOR THE SAKE AS FOLLOWS.........

SHODOWN HAS THE SAME NO# OF LETTERS THOW SHODOWN IS STILL BIGGER.........
.....JUST IDEA IVE THOUGHT IMAGINED TO BE ACCURATE SINCE IVE TOO MUCH TIME AT TIMES........
ASIDE FROM OTHER WHEN SHORT IS TIME THAT I HAVE TO SPEND......
