STV board randomly resets...

...and a loud 'ticking' sound (yes, like a time bomb) comes from my Aero's PSU & transformer area.

Any ideas?

Nope. A formerly working a-ok, legend board.

Guess it liked the xcountry move as much as I did.

Fml, and I missed Alex's gbuy. It's not looking good for me to go multi-cart...unless someone has heard of this prob & can help me fix it.

I cant think of any moving parts on the board that could create clicking- which makes me think what you are hearing is possibly arcing electricity. Be careful how you handle the board!

I forgot to mention-the STV board resets (no matter the cart) about a minute or two into powering on...from test screen, attract mode, and playmode.
