You can get a new Saturn modchip from this thread or another one or two on the Assembler forums. Price is reasonable and installation is pretty easy. There are a few users there that could install the chip for you (and do the region free mod) if you'd like.

C'mon dude, keep it OEM. Always nice to play original game.:p
Better looking than CD-r

Especially with US Saturn prices being the way they are these days!

the modchip segastyle sells is a good modchip and easy to install, another good mod for the saturn is the region free bios, the installation depend of the saturn version. If is the VA0 is socket.

The V3 modchip from SegaStyle works perfect on my Sanyo Japanese Sega Saturn. The Sanyo board is the bane of Saturn modders existence.

Here's a better link to the modchip being sold at Assembler Games. It works with all Saturns and is $12 cheaper than the one at SegaStyle.

I have a universal modchip for $32 including airmail shipping with tracking. It's compatible with all models(1&2) and revisions.
