Neo Geo's and Multi Jamma Switchers

So, I'm thinking about adding a shelf inside of my big red for sort of a "B-side" game, non neo geo PCBs, stuff like CPS1 + 2 beat em ups, and some In the Hunt action.

I'm looking at this one because I like the simplicity of the 1p + 2p switching and I've heard some positive reviews about it.

Does anyone know if something like this be compatible with a Neo Geo pinout? If I used a Jamma to Neo Geo adapter for the non neo board and just put my four slot board straight through, would it work?

So it would be:
Neo Geo Board > Switcher > Cabinet
Jamma Board > Converter > Switcher > Cabinet
