ngcd issues

I got a ngcd and the power supply is powcd-x

console serial number is ka XXXXXXXXX, when I plug it in the power light just flashes and the on/off switch does nothing. apart from the jumper settings is there anyway to confirm if it is a US console?

Look at R47 and R52. If it looks like the pic below then it's a US one.

thanks a lot good info, after confirming from your picture that it is not a USA version I used a stepdown transformer and the system worked fine.
