just picked up a naomi amplifier without the transformer to throw in my Noir Clone. Is there any way I can put this in the cab without the transformer? I know the transformer pushes 17v to the amp...

Also, the cab has a transformer in it that switches the voltage from 120 to 230 ish, then goes to the power supply (which is 230 ish). That's an issue in and of itself.

I don't believe so. You are going to have to source the transformer if you want the Naomi amp. The alternative is to pick up a car amp or a Q Sound Amp as those are probably 12v amp possibilities that CAN be run off of JAMMA.

dang. the fact that my cab has a transformer that pushes 240v out instead of 120 could make it a bit tough. I know that I can easily pull it out, but i don't know if the monitor requires 240 to run. This is tricky..
