Shipping from Excellent went through the roof this year. They now want $50-60 to ship carts to CA, and $120 for MS4, new or not, simply isn't worth it. You can find the game much cheaper than that. I guess if you really really for really need that kit, go for it... but I would (and already have) passed on picking one of these up thanks to the terrible shipping cost. Now, if there are a few items you want from Excellent, you might be able to work it out in your favor. I've done purchases of several carts at once from them and brought the shipping down to about $5-6 a cart. That was the only way it was worth it for me, though.

You can always get the new MS4 kits on ebay for $79 shipped to the US.
