I heard it was a code to play as him. Is it True or False? I am not sure how to do it but I think I saw one site to do it on.

in Real Bout Special as well.

yeah to play as mario in ss3, you have to put the cart in your ass; and run around for four hours like that. then take it out, and put it in a freezer for three days. then pop it in your neo, boom!!! mario will be in the spot that genjuro, is normally in.

At the options, go to sound test option and hold Left + A
When you enter, go to SOFT DIP and change the 1st ZERO to ONE.
Exit and start the game. Go to Billy and Krasuer's face and hit start.
Billy will change into Iori and Krasuer to Geese.

It's true, Iori is in RBFFS for Gameboy. He's even on the cover of the game in a silhoutte laughing evilish behind all of the other fighters. You fight him after you beat Geese and let the credits roll. He is the Nightmare II match that wasn't in the Neo.

It's even said that the sprites in the gameboy version are much more detailed then the NG version. SNK created some kind of FX chip for that
