Help!!! Last Blade scrolls question

OK, I've been playing Last Blade a little (!) manically over the last two days, and I now have all the scrolls in the first 8 categories (all up to extra). I have 9/12 in Extra, (I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, IX, and X, that's 1-7, 9 and 10 for those skimming this). I've got XI (11) available to buy (now I'm saving points cos it costs 11k) but I'm wondering how to get number 8...the FAQ I've seen says you get it available after buying all the Last Blade category scrolls, but I've done that and it's not there...I'm fairly certain 12 will appear when I buy all the other Extra scrolls...but I can't do that until I get #8. Which sucks.

Did I just hit a bug or am I looking for the wrong way to do this?

(BTW, playing as Kouryu with some of the higher Extra scolls roxx0rs )

Ok I'm replying to this ancient thread. I am in the same situation as Stone. I thought I was going to 100% this game tonight but scroll #8 will not appear meaning I have everything unlocked except for EXTRA scrolls #8 and #12. According to the FAQ I use #8 appears when you buy all 15 of the "THE LAST BLADE" scrolls which I have done. Has anyone out there completed this game 100% and know how they did it?
