Before these disappear in the auctions, I was wondering if anyone was interested in the Rockman Battle & Fighters, and the Metal Slug 1st Mission, and the King of Fighters R2 I have. Rockman Battle & Fighters is near complete, it is missing the instruction manual only, otherwise, complete item. Metal Slug 1st Mission is complete, comes with cardboard box, cartridge, clear protective case and instructions, game was tested to make sure it works but otherwise it has the original factory settings. King of Fighters R2 has instruction manual and cartridge and clear protective case, but no cardboard box. Interested parties please PM me ^_^

I'm going to wait for replies on the other offers, and if no one does then you're next in line 2d, and then milkmanx

Objectively, what is Rockman Battle & Fighters' approximate value, sans instruction manual? It is otherwise complete, even has the yellow sheet of some kind of warning in it. Help me out guys.

it's semi-rare isn't it?
BTW, how does the game play?

If you've played Mega Man before, then you will be no stranger to the gameplay. I wouldn't say it's a carbon copy though, they changed things up a bit to balance some and make up for some inadequacies (Like remember how bad Mega Man 6 bosses were? Centaur Man? Tomahawk Man? Knight Man? Eesh.) The two titles in this cart, Rockman: the Power Battle and Rockman 2: The Power Fighters were originally arcade titles, but they were never ported to any platform, until the Neo Geo Pocket Color, and CAPCOM decided to port these two arcade titles and put them on one cart, hence Rockman Battle & Fighters. Great engrossing gameplay, whittles the time away before one realizes it.

Just to add my 2c about Rockman!

Dunno what its worth now, I paid £40 for mine, and haveing played it, I think that was a bargain!
Its definately one of the best hardware demonstrators for the NGPC.
If anyone isn't familiar with the Arcade 'versions' then its basically all the boss battles from your favourite Megaman games, back to back!
Its not really a fighter like KOF or MOTM.
Its not really a Rockman game, like Megaman X.

Our friend with the Trigun sig is right! its a great way to while away an hour or two.

If you're looking for an import game for the NGPC, then the first one anyone should buy is Ganbare!
BUT THE SECOND IS ROCKMAN BATTLES!

Its great!

My only complaint about it is the lack of two player battling via the link cable.

Forgot to update, I also have:

Biomotor Unitron (used Japanese version, in hard black clamshell case, comes complete with cartridge, clear snaplock cartridge case, manual, but in nice excellent condition, label sticker is unfaded and clean)

Baseball Stars (Black and White version, Bilingual, sans box but comes with instruction which is about good to very good condition, also sans snaplock cartridge case)

I suspect I'll just throw in Baseball Stars for 1 dollar for anyone interested in anything else I have.
