Dark Arms: Beast Busters 1999 Weirdness...

I now have two new, sealed American copies of Dark Arms in the crapboard box. I was shelving them for storage and noticed something odd. One has the ESRB rating "E" for Everyone, and the other has "M" for Mature. Has anyone else noticed this? There is no doubt as to their authenticity. I am just wondering if the rating was changed at some point, or if it is just a misprint, or what?
