Been playing the sh!t out of the SNK version lately. I've beat the game, racked up over 500 wins, and have 284 out of 300 cards. I'm trying to get the remaining 16 cards and know from reading spoilers that 5 are exclusive to the Capcom version, some are only available via versus/exhibition modes, and some have to be bought/auctioned for.

I've been going around beating on Mask whenever I can and the rest of the "boss" players that give out 5 cards at a time. What I wanna know is, do any of the players give out more "A" characters than the others? I have been trying to buy K' from Chris in SC Park but haven't been able to win "A" cards to save my fackin' life.

One other question. I thought about going crazy and trying to track down CFC2: Expand Edition. I was wondering if they upped the card count in that game or not.

Lastly, I know it's mild blasphemy but I'd love to see a domestic GBA sequel to CFC :p .

I myself have played nearly 1000 battles, and there isn't any one character that pays off any better than another, they're all pretty much the same. In cfc2 there are 424 cards, so yeah there's quite a bit more :p And you are certainly not alone in wanting cfc2 on gba, just about anyone who's ever played cfc wants it but as far as I've heard it ain't gonna happen <img src="graemlins/crying.gif" border="0" alt="[Crying]" /> but we can dream :D

Who wouldn't? I'd be happy with a straight conversion of CFC2. That game didn't get a big enough audience :(

When I said that it was a half joke/jab at some of the diehard purists who I see post on here who are "Neo or nothing" when it comes to games made by SNK.

Me personally I think it's a good thing if they port titles to other systems to increase exposure of their characters and products (as well as increased revenues for Playmore to keep on chugging along making the stuff I love).

Don't get me wrong, I'd kill to see software still being published for the Neo Pocket first and then ported over to the GBA or something. I'm just saying realistically the console is for all intents and purposes dead in the USA so could we at least see some ports of the quality stuff on the reigning cash cow of the portable world? :)

If you're talking about the first game, the zombie in the Resident Evil mansion's deck is the easiest "boss" deck to beat, so just keep fighting him. He just has a couple of heavy hitters, but you can put him down easy. That's how I got all my A cards the fastest. If you just want to power your way to a collection full of A's in as little time as possible, just turn off the power if you start losing, then start over. Just remember to take a break every few fights to hit the trading stores.
