I would have to say Evolution. I like the facial expressions of the 2 characters on the front.

I like Last Blade, Faselei, or Puzzle Link 2. I think those are the best ones.

HANDS DOWN!!

It is Match of the Millenium. All characters are there, everyone character is evenly proportioned (except Zangief, but hes huge), and it looks great, probably some of the best box art EVER....

and the worst box art:

King of Fighters R-2

Its so ugly, with characters everywhere, and differently colored and stuff, the worst :-(.

Ganbare Neopoke Kun. It is the most odd art i have seen for a pocket game, well, for any game for that matter. For some reason it just catches my eye... Here is a pic:
