MVS Label over Label, can be legit?

Hi , I just got a US metal slug MVS with a label over label, anyway it looks legit from what I can see.

have you ever heard of anything like that?

did sometimes SNK put us label over japanese ones for exporting purposes?

I've come across this a lot. usually English label over jap label or vice versa

sometimes it can be a different game label underneath to the label on top. always the same year though

on my English labelled Last Blade cart I can see the jap label for Last Blade underneath :D

this is indeed common - especially with rental carts (SNKG on the shell).

You might want to use the search function next time... also "Boot or no Boot" is good place to browse...

They did the same thing with aes carts. I remember buying a u.s sengoku that had a japanese label underneath the u.s label.

Yep, very common (both cart formats). They tend to wear a bit better with the extra thickness too, so I'm glad to find 'em. :cool:
