The only one I know of is Neo Turf Masters.

And yes, like Jigen said, it kicks quite a lot of ass. Go buy it.

Its funny i've never seen this game around.
I saw it on Ebay once....expensive "for a NGPC game", but not expensive.

Is it kind of rare?

It's one of the games with a lower print run, and its one of the most in-demand NGPC games.
