Does anyone know what Hiryu's backup 'Option' do exactly? I don't know what resulted in this screwy translation, but I have been tearing my hair out trying to figure out its ability. It goes:

Support - Provides backup for all your characters this turn.

Now I tried various things, like using Option to backup characters that it normally wouldn't, and it didn't do that, so I assumed it was you can combine Option in an Union attack without satisfying the sp requirement, and that's not it either, then I tried to see if I attacked with all my characters, Option being one of them, he would somehow miraculously provide union attack for each of the other characters, and it didn't do that either! What the hell does Option's circle ability do exactly?

lol, basically, if your enemy has a backed up character, then it will get KO ed by hiryu. so if you have your hiryu out, and your enemy backs up someone, you can automatically KO it.
there ya go.

No no, my question is not about Hiryu, it's about Hiryu's *Backup Character*: Option. I don't know what Option's ability does. It's called 'Support' but the explanation for the ability is indecipherable. Please read first post for explanation of the ability.

According to The "how the heck do you use this card" guide:
C095
Option
[SUPPORT]
(circle) Provides back-up attacks to all characters in the ring in this turn.

Oh, that makes sense... right? Well here's what this card REALLY means:

If Option is in the ring, you can give characters back-up the turn they come into play. SO, if you play a Bison card (which lets you draw a Juli and Juni card immediately and put them in your hand) then you could immediately go ahead and give Bison back up with Juli OR Juli (not both). This also works if you have 2 Option cards in your hand. You can put one option card out into play, where his ability will come into immediate effect. Then you can give him backup with the 2nd option card immediately. Not a bad ability for a D-rarity card.

Wicked, thanks for the explanation. I will see if it does in fact work that way. Not a thrilling ability, but not shabby either, maybe Alfred can be a lot more useful this way.

It's pretty good for a backup deck but otherwise it's another one of those abilities that are good but you can't really use.

Card Fighters Clash (Comes in Capcom and SNK flavors, separately) is a collectible trading card game for the Neo Geo Pocket Color. Anyone who owns a Neo Geo Pocket Color and also owns CFC will tell you this is perhaps one of the many reasons you should own a NGPC. Game is cool as all hell, I'm constantly making new decks and experimenting with the next killer combo.

Should anyone be interested if I started a new thread with Card Fighters Clash decks?

In the manual of Card Fighters Clash it mentions that you may select up to 6 cards (and send up to 594 cards) now is this all at once, or the absolute maximum cap on the number of cards you can send per cartridge? Has anyone ever tried this? I think it's kind of weird, if 594 is in fact the maximum number of total cards you can send per cartridge, that there would be such a memory limitation.
