Read the Fatal Fury history for all the details... In short, he went crazy after seeing his adoptive father (an influent HK mob guy) getting killed in his face. He slashed the entire opposite gang with his knife and was covered with blood. That's how he became the psycho that he is today. Also, he has Orochi's blood which can explain his violent behavior.

I don't think he hates Geese, he only cares about money so if someone gets him under contract he won't care working for them. Matter of fact he worked for Geese in the 3rd KOF in the FF series along side Billy Kane.

No, Blue Mary is (I believe) an Interpol agent. And she seems to have a thing with/for Terry. Rarely do villains have a thing going with heroes. It's only really done if the villain is a relatively minor villain and he/she's going to die later on.

As for Yamazaki, he's a crazy bastard who would probably carve a chunk out of Santa Claus if the mood hit him. He has Orochi blood, which makes for an interesting concept... what would a "ROTB Yamazaki" be like? Maybe in KOF2003 Yamazaki will come back as Orochi? Imagine his laugh with the "Orochi Flange."
