System 246 won't boot Tekken 4 anymore.

I got a System 246 recently and put it into my local college arcade.

It ran like a champ for a while till it wouldn't boot anymore.

I hear beeps, It goes to the JVS testing, Goes to Grey Screen, then to black and then nothing.

I recently replaced the DVD drive so I don't THINK it would be that.

Scratched or otherwise bad DVD or bad DVD drive.

Slim chance it's the board, but anything is possible.
