Is playmore planning on making more games for the Neo Geo pocket?
I hope so because it's quite a fancy little peice of machinary and it deserves more game development.

So far...NO.

There's been some petition that is being sent to Playmore about creating more games for NGPC, especially KOF R-3. Just hope it would be a dream come true!

Thanks for replying and I agree I hope they do make more games for the little machine because it rocks.

id like to see new games released but i dont know if Playmore is into the NGPC that much--although i dont see what the big problem would be with completing the games that were close to being finished anyway and maybe distributing these games to stores that sell new neogeo releases *cough*neostore*cough* but i guess we will have to wait and see

There is no market for NGPC anymore, at least not enought to make a profit. I think playmore will concentrate on the GBA.

the games i have are:
SNK vs. Capcom MOTM
KOF R-2
Card Fighter's Clash (snk japanese version)
Bust-a-move pocket
Magical Drop Pocket
Sonic Pocket adventure

i like them all but my favs are MOTM and Magical drop. that was the best handheld system for fighting and puzzle games.

Although I hope it'll happen, and always will, it just doesn't seem very realistic for them do start making more. You're right there just really isn't a market

I doubt if any new NGPC game will be released. I wouldnt mind seeing our favorite SNK series' on the GBA. In fact I hope they do release games on the GBA.

How come defunct systems like Sega Dreamcast still has games developed for it, even now? I was just in Japan from June to July and I noticed new releases come out on a regular basis, albeit in limited quanities when compared to Playstation 2 (Even Playstation still has games developed for it). I so wish they would develop King of Fighters R-3, Magician Lord, Ikari Warriors, Hyper Girl Mahjong, etc. For truth, I wish they'd continue developing ANYTHING for the NGPC. The closest thing I have to King of Fighters R-3 right now is just Gals Fighters, in which Whip is a playable character, and Miss X. It'd be hot to have another King of Fighters, round 3.

Because Dreamcast is way more popular in japan than it ever was here. Just like the PSX was more popular than the Saturn here.
