This is what I get on the above board. Also get clicking sound in rapid succession. Thoughts?

Never again will I buy a Neo board "as-is".

First make sure the bios is seated good and the socket is clean. Then check the bios pinout info and make sure the bios>work ram/bram>cpu are all connected.

Updated model number. Had it mixed up with the MV-1F

BIOS and socket are good. No broken traces. Still stuck in watchdog. Any thing else to check?
