Back Again: 2 Slot Image Problem

So I ended up buying an MVS 2 slot on ebay. The image seems to be messed up

Check it out, particularly the bottom left of the screen:


Could it be the monitor or the board itself. I don't think the 6 slot had the same problem. Unfortunately I have nothing else to compare to on hand.

I can't find anyone having a similar problem online via google. But I can't imagine this being an uncommon problem.

Anyone have experience with this? Do I need to adjust the monitor or did I pick up a crappy board?

That's in the part that's supposed to be off screen. Adjust the screen.
