I just recently purchased my NGP on ebay with 3 games (SNK vs. Capcom MotM, Pac-Man, and Fatal Fury 1st Contact.) and the rechargable battery pack for $70.00. And now, I can't put it down.
I am so hooked on MotM. I already got 5 of the 8 characters, and a couple of medals in the olympics.
But that is not my question. Does anyone know a good spot other than ebay to get games. I am really interested in getting Faseli!. I know it is hard to find. I also heard about a flash linker to transfer roms to flash disks. But can not seem to find one.

You can look around here in the marker section, you can sometimes find some games...

tons of neo geo pocket games pass through the selling forum here like too short said, or you can make a post in the wanted forum.

There are even plenty of stores that still sell these things brand new at fair prices, www.neostore.com is one of them.

Yeah, the NGP definitely rocks, it's basically how I got interested in SNK stuff, and now I have a Neo CD and an AES system to boot.

As far as finding games, it depends on which games you're looking for. For general release games, you can check www.ncsx.com, www.therage.com, www.neostore.com and even Ebay. For the rare games (English Last Blade, Faselei, Evolution) your best bet (and possibly only) bet to find the actual carts is Ebay. I bought Faselei from someone on Ebay after checking everywhere else I could possibly think of, and I didn't get it cheap. :(

Welcome aboard! Good choice starting with the Pocket, that's how I got introduced officially to the world of the Neo. Since then I have bought and sold many games and am proud to be a member of this community. But please, you must find yourself a copy of either one or both versions of Card Fighters Clash, one of the most addicting games I've ever played. Yea sorry bro, but Faselei never goes for really cheap, lowest I've seen it go is round $50, and that was a fluke, it usually goes for around $75 & higher. Evolution's getting tougher too, I see that one go for over $100 many times. Just pace yourself and wait for the good deals, with enough patience you'll find them.

Welcome guys !

I know amazon.com sells them , so you might want to check that out.

The only problem with linksang is the horrible wire transfer fees and the shipping rates from Japan to the US.

They have lots of other neat stuff too.

Welcome duddy! :D

Buy from the NeoStore. ;) Worth every penny you'll spend on those magnificent little handheld carts. ;)

man if you lived in austin, i'd tell you to go to gamefellas. all of their ngpc games are $25.00 or less and they got a nice selection too.

not my first post now, but i'm all newbie too!
i've had both of my neo geo pocket colors for a few months now, and i have six games.
i always loved the few used pockets they had at my old job, and i pushed them on every single person who was looking to purchase a handheld.

i had my eyes on one ngpc in particular, and i always told myself that i was going to get it, but i got too distracted by the here and now of the fun new toys i discovered with video gaming. that little handheld was sold, returned, sold again, then returned again. i could tell that it was a sign that this neo geo pocket belonged with me - if not in my possession at least somewhere nearby. eventually, last may, for my birthday, a coworker bought me 'metal slug 1st mission.' that completely sold me on getting my very first neo geo pocket color. now i'm all softcore snk addict! i've got six games for it -cardfighters clash (capcom), snk vs. capcom MotM, biomotor unitron, pac-man, bust-a-move pocket, and the beloved metal slug 1st mission. that little handheld has gotten much more play than my gameboy advance (purchased much earlier) could ever imagine!

now that i no longer work in a video game store and have no job and no money, i decided that i want a neo geo mvs. oh dear... what's a neo fan to do? ;)
