Update:
Speaking with Xi Xian, the chips from my Mv-1F will work on my MV-1FZ.
I have uploaded my progress. I now just need to solder in the new chips and then fix the traces identified.
-------
The SM1 is socketed and the component is missing and the 6116 looked like someone removed it and ripped up traces/pins and burned solder points where the chip goes in. I got this board a long time ago with a copy of Sengoku, the seller said the audio wasn't working, blah blah. So, for $70 shipped, I thought it was a good deal. My mistake...
The solder for the SM1 was so messy, removing it was a chore. I checked all the traces on the solder side to verify I didn't ruin any traces when I was desoldering it.
One last thing, the LSPC2-A2 between 133-176, looks brown at one point, approximately 4-5 pins, I can't tell if it's dirt or corrosion. I checked these traces and they are still actively sending a signal.
