Looking for NEO-253 chip

Does anyone have a spare NEO-253? I'm trying to repair a MVS-4F where one of these chips got mangled.

It's from an MV-4F top board, pretty sure it's a 253 (it's from the right side of the board by the cartridge slots)

Ah, forgot that I repaired my MV4F 2 months ago and sold it. Sorry, though I still had it as a parts board.
