Ogre Battle on the Neo Pocket

So how is this game. Is it playable if you cannot read Japanese? I have debated on buying this title but if it is not very enjoyable being in japanese only then I will probably pass. I will say I liked orge battle on the SNES.

Not really. It's a great game, but you can't enjoy them, because it's basically in Japan. I can't read Kenji (chinese chr) at all, and they use them enough to baffle me. You can probably finish the game w/ out little or no understanding of Japanese, but you will miss alot. I played SNES ver. of Ogre Battle and it was a good game. Too bad that you couldn't save them during each level-a problem that PS version fixed. I recommend getting the Ogre Battle on N64. It's only couple of months away. If you decide to get it, then you may have to pre-order or rush and buy it when it comes out. I heard that the first batch is going to be limited due to a chip shortage.
