Can any one explain this rare rare ojbect for the NGPC?

It works with some games, like CFC 2 and others, I'm too lazy to make a list though.
In CFC 2, using it can make you get cards randomly or something...

communication with what?

i dont understand it at all..what do u use it for?

Don't buy it, it's really a waste of money.

I think it can be used for links/versuses, like the cable, and for other stuff too...
