Just went into test mode on my English KOV2, all settings are with DIPs off:
SW1: Test Mode (No)
SW2: Music (Yes)
SW3: Voice (Yes)
SW4: Free Play (No)
SW5: Stop Mode (No)

Same w/OL2.
