NGPC games on NGP ???

i just don't know it
and before i take a wrong decisin
i would like to know if
i can play Neo Geo Pocket Color
games on the Neo Geo Pocket (black and white)...

i know... it's kind of a dumb question.....
but i just don't know it.....
would be nice if anyone could help me with it....

Some games are compatible with black and white NGPC, some aren't.
Basically, the older NGPC games are pretty much all compatible whereas the newer ones aren't, in most cases that is...

Anyway, don't get a NGP, get a NGPC, it's way better on the eyes...

Go get MOTM and put it in your NGP. Instead of the standard color ony message you get *ta da* cool art. There are like 9 different arts for this and they all are kick ass.

it's just that i allready have a NGPC..
i just want another one
as backup and to play link with some guys here....
the prob is that the NGPC here in Germany are pretty expensive.....
so i wnated to know if i can play the NGPC games on the normal NGP so i would buy it....
it's cheaper and i wouldn't mind the black n white style.....

Plus, MOTM is hard to find here.....
wnat to give me yours?? ^^

I understood that the SNK Vs. Capcom Card Fighters Clash would play on the B&W no problem, and you could link them up. But, seeing as I never owned a B&W one, I don't know.

When you plug in Evolution it says that it won't play (not compatible with B/W Neo Pockets etc) but press the A button and the game starts up in glorious black and white!! Weird!

Also SVC Card Fighters geht nicht auf nem normalem NGP. Funktioniert nur mit der color variante

Ach ja woher stammst du denn (ich mein Städte-mäßig) da ich ja auch in deutschland wohn

Wenn de nich allzuweit weg wohnst könnte man sich ja mal treffen *lol* ich brauch nämlich auch Cards bei CFC

welche version haste ? SNK oder Capcom ?

Yes they are all wonderful... EXCEPT... The Zangief one.

And I saw another site with all those pics on, and they were saying who was who on them, and that guy was the only one they didn't know...

Maybe some character from lesser known NeoGeo games.

HUM.. jetzt haette ich fast vergessen!
Ich habe beide Varianten... SNK und CAPCOM....
aber spiele im moment die CAPCOM....
bin nicht soooooo weit... 89%...
hatte beide gebraucht gekauft in Japan und die
SNK version hatte ein typ schon bis 96% gespielt
ich habe es aber geschafft es zu loeschen...
egal.... dann habe ich halt den ruhm bald selbst..
^^ als 3 millionster durschzocker oder so... ^^

Yeah I see who you mean... Taka.
But there he has a big muscled body and all, so it could not be him... Or maybe it could... All the characters in CFC are people from SNK, Capcom or stuff like that.
(I mean the characters you battle with, not the characters on the cards, of course...)

So maybe it's supposed to be one of those people behind the games.

some of you say it works
other say it doesn't and the others
say it will maybe work...

so i will try asking again
and it would be very kind if someone
could give a clear answer..
maybe someone who knows exactly if it works...
someone who already has tried it....

So, can i play NEO GEO POCKET COLOR games on
a normal NEO GEO POCKET BLACK & WHITE, especially
SNK vs. CAPCOM CARD FIGHTER CLASH??????

Some NGPC games work with the NGP, some others don't.
As for CFC1, it DOES work with the NGP.
