Pocket Link Cable Help

So my friend baought one of these so we wouldn't have to buy 2 kof r2, but we can't figure out why it won't work. I know u must think im stupid but it don't matter i need help. Thanks in advance

heh, you need 2 r-2 to play a linked battle. unfortunintly its not that good(kinda slow) its cool that you know someone else with a NGPC though.
