i think that your friend is a moron to be afraid to fight you because he might lose...
on a side note, the link cables are like 10 bucks and ive never noticed any problems with them... except i think motm's frame rate goes down when you play 2p... very strange...
in other words, just friggin' get one.

If you plug it correctly, you get no slow down in MotM...

but i thought there were no serious hardware differences between ngpc's but I could be wrong eye eye
