I've received shipments from Play-Asia with no problem. Has anyone here had any problems with 'em?

I'd say that for $5 per game, it's probablly worth buying a couple to see how things go. Then if you have no problem, you can add 'em to your list of good places to buy stuff!

do these games come complete?
No, check the description.

"Supplied as Cartridge only version, without box/manual"

Still a great price, but of course it'd be better if they were complete.

Bah, that Aruze Pachi-slot machine game is so horrid you couldn't pay me enough to take it off their hands. Well, maybe if you pay me generously I might... But no, those pachi-slots are just clones of themselves and are the anti-christ, one of the worst things Aruze did to SNK.

Looks like a lot of the Lik-Sang lots are appearing all over eBay now, even the whole purchases of all the games L-S are selling.
Serious question for everyone selling: Are you making money on it (especially considering the shipping costs from HK)? Are the buyers nOObs?

That's a good question. Yeah, I've noticed all those sale out stuff appear on eBay now. Let's do some quick math:

NGPC + 6 cartridges = $35.00 + $8.00 X 6 = $84.00

Shipping cost:
Global Priority is $14.00
Airmail is $22.00
UPS is $25.00
EMS is $28.00

So the total will come to more than 98.00. If these wholesellers are buying from Lik-sang, then no, they aren't making profits since the starting bid is something like $99.00 and a buy it now at $112.00. I have seen a few closing at that price, but the profit margin is not worth the cost of order from them and reselling. So, that's saying, they have to be ordering this from their own source in Japan, or maybe it was from Lan-Kwei, which seems really shady, or AI Trading, they had a blowout a while back too.

I've also noticed that the games at Play-Asia are the same (mostly) as those at Lik-Sang. Haven't noticed Lan Kwei yet. Seems like the HK companies are picking from the same pool.

Another observation. The Play-Asia games are about $3 cheaper, BUT, the shipping cost is higher across the board. Seems like a wash.

By the way, my orders (2 x) from Lik-Sang have arrived in 4 and 3 days from placing the order! With a free bonus disc! I'm very happy with them so far.
