One thing I have been wondering is, was there a release of AOF3 without the box set? I cant seem to find one CD alone.

I know at the time of its release an importer in england had the limited edition cd for £79.95 or the cd on its own for £59.95 as at the time i still owned a neo geo CD and was going to get the game but money was short, so i guess there must be the two versions.

Thanks for the info.. I cant seem to track one down at all. I find tons of the CD bundle all over the place, but never the CD only. Oh well, I guess I'll keep looking.

I remember when I bought my AOF 3, the store asked me which one I want: regular or box set?

Yes,NeoTurfMasta,I used to own the AOF3 game with just the cd,but sold it the second I found out about the collectors one.If you don't have either version,I highly recommend just getting the collector's one.The cd is beautifully colored,where the regular one is the plain black-and silver like the old ones(if I remember right).
