I have one Euro cardfighter (Capcom) and seems like cartridge acts a bit weird lately.

If I plug it into my NGPC then it'll not boot.
I have to shake the cartridge couple times in order to make it to work

How strange........

Is it defective or.......?? spock

Shit like that happens. I think it's not really anything to be really worried about. Mainly I think the contacts are becoming dirty, either in the cartridge slot or the copper contacts on the cartridge is becoming dirty. I've had to clean some of my cartridges every now and then, and then the problems go away.

Definitely the contacts.

Whenever I sell used games for example, I always take them apart and clean the contacts. I've got some really dirty ngpc ones.

Ngpc games corrode easily I guess the contacts on other systems are coated with a superconducting finish
