You will never believe what just happened!

This is how much I love my NGPC's...

Ok, so I am sitting on the can playing CFC. I am about to finish up dropping off the kids at the pool and I feel something fall through my fingers.
I look down and the backup battery cover from my NGPC has fallen in the toilet!! Mind you, I am now finished with my business in the bathroom.

I DID NOT EVEN HESITATE to stick my fingers in the toilet water and grab the battery cover before it sank into the murky depths!! tickled

Holy shit!! I did not even think about going into the water for the save. I realized right now just
how much my NGPC's mean to me eek!

I don't think that I would have done that for my keys or wallet or anything else. But I did that with the quickness for that battery cover.

If that is not love I don't know what is

Just thought I would share that experience with you guys

whcih model was it? I can understand if it were a crystal slimeline model I'd have done the same. But damn how long do you guys spend on the toilet? I usually take only 5 minutes at the longest and usually more like 2 to 3 minutes. mostly even sooner. I just can't play my ngpc that fast.

It was only a US anthracite model, but the love is there none the less. I did not even think about it, I just reacted. BTW, I was playing CFC so I can whip out a match pretty quickly, I was only in there for about 5 minutes or so

Yeah, I can see doing that for a Carbon Black slimline or the like. I'd go in after fetching the gloves for most things, though.
