Are there any? I'd love to have blood in MOTM and play in English mode. I don't know of any other games that would display blood. Maybe Samurai Shodown or Kof r-2?

There's one instance of R2 displaying blood.
It happens when you do Iori's SDM (the one that opponent stays on the ground).

On the start up screen on your NGPC select Japanese as the language instead of English and your wish will be answered!

Edit. I think that MOTM is one of the few games this affects.

Hmmm, do any other games have language select variants?

It would be superb if they all had hidden options!

You'd probably have to get some dev bod to look at the code and use a updated rom...

Or perhaps invent some silly action replay like device.

Either way it wouldn't be worth the bother, the differences are too few and too insignificant.
