As far as I know, I've never heard of any others.

Cotton's not a bad game, but I dunno, I guess I was hoping for a little more after seeing/playing awesome shooters on the NEO like Blazing Star.

Metal Slug 1st Mission and Metal Slug 2nd Mission are shooters too! Although it's true the shooters developed by third parties is made only by Success.

Ganbare Neo Poke Kun has shooters in some of the mini games.
