I just received this funny game and have to say : it' s the money worth. But does anyone know how to reset the Continue-Stage-Select ??? It really sucks, because I'am not the first owner and so almost all levels were already cleared mad_2
OK, one more question I have : Is there any FAQ for this game, where to get the hidden puzzle pieces except on GameFAQs ? Because the description is sometimes a bit lousy

PEACE :D

I'm missing 1 photo piece before mine is complete, it's just killing me because looking for that one piece in the 12 levels is like trying to find a fart in a Jacuzzi. The Faq did help me out with 3 pieces I was missing, they were so tricky I doubt I'd have found them without it.

Yeah, the description in the FAQs is kinda sketchy. Someone should draw out maps...

Try the Babel fish thingy, it might work.
Ok I tried, but it is real babel loco loco
I tried to translate the text into german (I'am from Germany) but there are soo many funny words, that I just sit here to get my laughing fit away lol lol

Example : A normal "spin dash" is in the german translation a "super roulade" tickled tickled

What a funny translation, but thanx for the hint anyway, I think I'll understand it either wink

I know, I translated it into English and the 'Secret Plant Zone' turned into 'Secresy Seedling Zone', the 'Save Point' turned into 'Safe Terminal', despite the faq's claim that all 96 pieces are listed, I still can't find that last piece, it's killing me. Not understanding the Babel has a lot to do with it though.

I'm also going mad in finding two pieces. Which part is missing you ? I need one from the Knuckles-Puzzle (red) and one from the Sonic-&-Tails-Puzzle (green). I don't know where I missed them annoyed

I think I'll have to initialize them and make the whole Description again blow_top

This really suckx

I must be missing the same one from the Sonic and Tails one. It's just killing me. My missing piece is the first piece of the second row from the top. I completed the knuckles one, I think you have to locate them in either the secret plant zone second act or the Aerobase zone. Those were the acts that I scoured in order to finish the puzzles. The situation is aggravated by the fact that the puzzles you collect from each act are not in sequential order, which means you can't count the puzzle pieces and try to guess where you missed your piece. I'm almost tempted to run through my other copy of Sonic just to be certain the faq is actually accurate about the 96 pieces. Argh!

Hey cool, very interesting to hear these news :D Because I'm missing the second part of the third line on the Sonic & Tails Puzzle !! Isn't that kool buttrock . Seems as if the faq is complete ... The part of the Knuckles-Puzzle I'm still in search of is the second one in the fourth line ... I think I'm still missing one in Cosmic Casino Zone, I'm gonna try it to find it today. Wish me Luck wink

Man, that upsets me so much. I've combed through all the maps, and sometimes it just don't help, you know? I made sure I accounted for the overlaps on the faqs, the parts that were missing, and I've already gotten those incomplete parts that weren't listed on the faq to begin with, and still I'm missing a piece. Why!?!? I need all the luck I can get. You wouldn't happen to be able to tell me where you got that first piece from the second row?

Looks like I have a long day ahead of me...

Hehe can you guess what will come :D I initialized my Puzzle Parts and played the FAQ from www.gamefaqs.com until now to Aquatix Relix Zone. I have captured all Puzzle Parts from the first three Zones (Neo South Island, Secret Plant, Cosmic Casino) and in the last Zone ( Cosmic Casino Act 2) I found your missing Part mr_t mr_t mr_t . Here is the description from GameFAQs how to get it :

Cosmic Casino Act 2

6) Near the end is a gigantic pinball table - avoid falling down it at all
costs! Near the upper left hand side is a little bumper filled room with
a photo piece in it. It may take several attempts to get it. You'll need
to use the flipper on the upper right side, and you will have to launch
Sonic from the middle, not the tip.
7) Drop down the left side and through the hole into a second table. Drop
down the hole in that one too and you'll land on a moving box. Go left
here. Ride the first box up and under the second is a photo piece. Don't
kill yourself getting it if you can!

It's either Part 6 or 7 that you miss, but it should be number 7 !! To get to the gigantic pinball described in 6 you have to take the upper way all the time !! The table itself is on the right side of a platform with a safe point in the middle.
I hope that helps a little bit glee

I think I may have missed the bumper filled room. THe description was so baffling I just couldn't find it at all. Let me try again...

You rule suicidekiller. I found that last piece thanks to your help. It unlocked a secret that was revealed in the French Faq, I wonder if there are any bonuses for completing it? Because there is still one more slot left above 'Exit' in the options menu. Sonic The Hedgehog Pocket Adventure, I love you!

Maybe thats for the sound test mode.
You have to get all 7 emeralds before you beat the game to get it. Sounds easy enough.

Sonic was the first game I bought just cuz it was cheap I figured it would give me something to play till I get a fighter. But I soon found this game is quite cool! It is very color correct. if only the rest of the pocket games were as color correct I mean 1 color per fighter character is kinda lame but there all still good games.

The Sound Test is not unlocked by the Chaos Emerald, it's when you complete any 3 of the 6 puzzles. In order to get the extra stage you had to get all Seven Chaos Emeralds though, and that is quite a pain because the 6th emerald course is just made to mess you up. I can do up to the 5th course blind, but the 6 emerald I had to map, I kick myself for having thrown out the map to the course now. Stupid person does stupid stuff.

Now challenging the Advanced Time Trials in the options mode. They are hard! I still can't finish Knuckles with a gold rating, and I don't know if there's a faster route to reach knuckles yet.

You definitely have to map the course on the last one to complete it, in my opinion. Even with a map it took me more than ten tries to get the last one. But, the rest is just timing, and you do have to anticipate what's coming up, so practice, practice, practice
