Consolizeing a Neo Geo 1fzs motherboard

Hello,
I just got the motherboard from ebay for $38 shipped and now I want to get it consolized.
So, I need 2 controller ports, every video output, and the unibios. How much would I be looking at for the service.

An "all dressed" CMVS would probably run about $200 - $225 in parts and labor, maybe more... Depends on the modder. Component isn't very cost effective (well, except for the BA6592F).
