I'm a newb here, and I need help on common phrases and such, e.g. NGF etc. I have ideas, but I won't post for fear of being embarrassed.

Check the NEO GLOSSARY on the neo-geo.com homepage... most of the phrases, acronymns and what not are listed there.

Dont worry!

There's a lot of abreviations used on the site, just ask if you're unsure about any of them.

BTW (by the way ;) ) NGF is 'Neo-Geo Freak' a shady company that sells bootleg/altered neo carts and the like.
Avoid at all costs :)

well, I was wondering about the SNK abreviations used, since I've been on gamefaqs for 1.5 years+

the sad part is I thought NGF was neo geo france...lol

really? well...uhh, then forget about that...but seriously, 1.5 years+ ago the dreamcast board was near the end of it's newbless time, and it was great. I'm well-known around there, but for very infamous things...oh yeah, everyone around the genesis boards hates me because...*classified info*
