Ogre Battle on NGPC

Have any of you played Ogre Battle on the NGPC? Is it playable even in Japanese? I think this would be a good title to add to my collection if it were playable.

I have it. But unless you are fuluent with Jap (which I am not), it is not recommended as you will not fully enjoy it. It has too much Kenji for me. I think it is the best RPG/startegy game out for NGCP, though.

Forgot to add: The battle system and menu is fairly intuituve. It's the story line.

Hows the replay value in it? Faselei for me had good replay, cause you could play over and over till you had all the TSs and items.

I want to try infinity cure, but I'm afraid it will be to jp intesive for me.

How is Faselei??
It looked interesting and did it come out in English?

Very good. I was surprised by the translation of the script. No engrish and emotions were conveyed well.

The combat os slow but, grows on you.

Maybe will see Ogre Battle ENglish when SNK ASIA is fully operational it would be a logic title to transelate because of the popularity of the series

after disaster game play with PC Engine "Snatcher" years ago, I'll not play Japanese RPG unless it's easy to understand...like D2
