Is their any difference between MS2nd mission Jap or us?

The game itself is no different IIRC. The manual and such are Japanese of course. The UK version has everything in English, plus the clamshell case. That's the best one.

If you'd like to make an offer, drop me a line. I have both the UK one and JPN one avail. Both are in new condition, though the JPN one was used a couple times.
