C-MVS problem

I recently acquired a consolized arcadeshock mv-1b and it has weird wavy lines during games. Doesn't matter what connection or TV I use. Here is what it looks like:



It looks mostly fine when an actual fight is going on but when the screen is all black or all white it looks really wavy. All the connectors seem firmly in place and the cart is firmly in. Everything seems clean. What am I missing?

My guess is either interference inside the CMVS or possibly a duff psu.

Probably the PSU like mentioned. Get a better quality one.
