How can I find all 4 hidden characters?

First there are not 4 secret characters but 3. I got this from the official NGPC homepage:

Clear the game by using all initial 8 characters.
Or play 80 matches.

<Ms. X>
Get all items.
Or play 100 matches.

<Yuki>
Clear without mistakes.
Or play 150 matches.

good luck. Btw I got em all aswell. Ms.X kicks arse.
