Troubles with LH pb and gunlord on my cmvs

This is what happens with both games. I have uni bios 3.0.
Has anyone had issues getting the game to work on there cmvs? When ever I put gun lord in buttons a and d work and select. But they only restart the game over. But once its to the title screen no buttons work. Anybody have any idea???

If you have a unibios, on the splash screen press B+C+D and choose the first option and then keep pressing start until you get to the "clear backup ram" screen and follow the instructions.

If the problem still exists make sure free play isn't enabled with hard dip 7.

Sorry if this sounds dumb. But which one is the splash screen?

The screen that says Unibios when you first power on the system.

Ok thanks. The top part of that screen is all messed up? Any idea about that. Also what do I do to enable hard dip 7. Either way thanks for all your help.

The hard dip 7 worked thanks sooooooooooooo much for all your help. Lhpb says corrupted soft dip setting please check settings!(set dip 1). Any ideas on this one sir?
