Advice sought regarding an ebay refund

What is the accepted practise when the seller of a bootleg (on ebay) gets called on it, but offers a full refund upon return of the cart?

There is no doubt in my mind the seller will put this back up on ebay straight away for someone else to purchase.

Nothing you can do about it but get your refund and the cart is returned to him. You can report the listing if it is relisted.
