Anyone have any successful repairs with an alternative solution to the CRE401? Instead of recreating the damn thing.

I have spares on my site. But yes I have built some from scratch.

I've seen a board repair that solely used a 10k resistor array. It bridged several of the points but it seems to work and I don't have problems when playing games or doing the joystick test.

I'm probably just going to recreate it for the Kizuna board...

just going to put the CRE circuit on the actual board and not rely on pulling spares from boards.

Something like this may be my best bet. The board is getting too big to accomodiate the 120 resistors and caps and I really dont want to have to use pulled CRE401s

Edit: hmmm may have another idea.
